**PARENTS PLEASE ARRANGE FOR PICK UP OF YOUR ORDERS DURING PRACTICE TUESDAY 9/14 AS MANY ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED AND COACHES WILL NOT TAKE THEM HOME**
**Girls that sell more than 11 items will receive a free Chocolate Chunk Award. Make sure turn in the Free Ticket and that Silver Hill Bears and the # of items sold are filled out completely.**
· Each order sold will make you $5. To earn enough for the $110 payment (for warm ups, practice uniform, duffle bag, snack fee, etc due 8/31), 22 items must be sold.
· 35 items must be sold to cover all the fees due for the year ($110 for warm ups, practice uniform, duffle bag, snack fee, etc due 8/31 plus the $64 dollars for competition shoes and registration fees due 9/23)
· Any additional balance will be returned to the parent, unless they want to put it towards the cost of tumbling classes.

Tumbling Information
We will begin tumbling classes the 1st Sundau of September (9/5) for a total of 8 weeks.
- Classes will be every Sunday @ 6:oo pm
- Capital Allstars Gym (8035 Penn Randall Place Upper Marlboro, MD)
- The cost will be $15 per week/class
- You can pay one week at a time ($15) every Thurs starting 8/26 or for the entire month at once ($60 on 8/26 and 9/23)
Tumbling Rules:
- Every class is mandatory·
- Payments are to be given to the coach in advance·
- If a cheerleader forfeits a class, there is no refund or makeup class·
- There must be at least 80% of the class in attendance·
- Girls will be turned away if more than 15 minutes late.
- No disrepectful behavior will be tolerated.

From August 31st to Sept 9, practice will be held at Benjamin Stoddert Middle School
(2501 Olson Street, Temple Hills, MD ) in the gym from 6:00-8:00
> Starting September 14th, practices will be 3 days a week Tues, Wed, and Thurs and will
be held at Shuggart Middle School (2000 Callaway Street, Temple Hills, MD 20748) in the
gym from 6:00-8:00.
2. Parents Meeting:
The MANDATORY parents meeting will be held TUESDAY August 31s at 7:30pm Benjamin Stoddert Middle School
3. Payment Due: In order to offset the costs of the competitions we will be participating in (as well as many of the associated costs), squad members will be required to make two payments (in addition to registration).
> August 31st : $110 due (Sweat suits, practice uniform, cheer bag, snack fee, and banquet fee)
